About This Fundraiser
TNKR is a non-profit organization co-founded by Harvard Graduate School of Education alumnus Casey Lartigue in Seoul, South Korea, that provides free classes for North Korean refugees to come and learn to read, write, and speak in English, so that they too can succeed in life and share their voices and stories. In addition to free tutoring, they also receive free mentorship and guidance as they seek employment and higher education. As a fellow member of the Harvard community and strong supporter of accessible education and human rights for all, this organization means a lot to me, as they are doing great work to help these individuals who have already endured so much to get to where they are now. So please help TNKR's volunteer staff and teachers like me help North Korean refugees help themselves. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated! Please help us make a difference.
